Our villa offers everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay on the stunning Madeira coast. Set within banana groves on a terraced mountainside in a peaceful hamlet, the property features a private, south-facing swimming pool (9m x 4m) with panoramic sea views, sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a large tiled sunbathing patio. Pool towels are provided, and access is via steps to the lower level. The pool is completely private and never shared.
The villa has 5 large and spacious bedrooms spread across two floors. Three rooms feature king-sized double beds, while two rooms include single beds (one with 2, the other with 3), making it perfect for groups of up to 11 guests. All beds are fitted with firm memory foam mattresses, 100% cotton bed linen, and hypoallergenic bedding, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep for all.
Both levels of the villa include fully equipped kitchens with premium appliances from Bosch, Samsung, Teka, and Hotpoint. The upper-level family kitchen also includes a solid wood dining table and chairs, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a generous selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils—everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals with ease.
The upper-floor living room opens onto a private patio with incredible sea and mountain views—the perfect spot for relaxing evening drinks as the village lights twinkle below. This level includes three of the five bedrooms and the main living spaces.
The lower floor offers an independent open-plan living space with its own entrance. It includes a second kitchen and dining area, games room, private BBQ patio, and a modern shower room. Two bedrooms (one king, one twin) are also located on this floor. An outdoor connecting staircase (with a lockable door) links the two levels, making it ideal for extended families or groups of friends who want both togetherness and privacy.
Games Room: Available to all guests, the games room includes a full-size pool/snooker table, darts board, playing cards, and dominos—perfect for laid-back evenings or family fun.
The villa has free high-speed Wi-Fi and offers easy access to popular levada walks, perfect for nature lovers and hikers.
Set among lush banana plantations, the villa is in a tranquil location yet still close to amenities. Two local cafés are just a 5-minute walk away, and a children's play and picnic area is also nearby. The charming village is a picturesque 15-minute walk, offering bars, a small shop, a church, post office, and ATM.
