Absolutely NEW, modern design, luxury 2-bedroom Villa “Vista Azul” located in a quiet urban area at 100m above Calheta promenade, right above Calheta Beach hotel**** where you can easily walk down from the Villa along the secured mountain walk.  In Calheta you will find guarded public beach with all beach activities, big supermarket “pingo doce”, about 7 different restaurants including Calheta Beach hotel**** and Savoy Saccharum hotel***** beach bars/restaurants.  Nearby you will enjoy visiting places like modern Museum of Art, authentic "Aguardente de Cana" factory (where tourists from Funchal come for Excursions) and the Calheta Harbor where you can book your "Animal watching" trip, fishing, sail or boat excursion.  
Fantastic altitude of the Villa spot provides you with a stunning view of the Ocean, fresher air and most important complete isolation from neighbors plus "end-of-the-road" location gives you complete privacy with no people/cars passing by.  Excellent for honeymooners, love escapees and those fed up with city-life!

Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes neues Haus, wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer und den Bananenhain. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Insel. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet - der Terrassentisch war leider kaputt. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir nach Abreise vom Gastgeber für einen Riss in einer der Kühlschrankschubladen mit 70 € belastet wurden. Ist uns bisher noch nicht passiert.

Séjour incroyable

Maison magnifique, cadre calme et tranquille. La maison comporte tout ce dont on avait besoin. L'arrivé c'est super bien passé. Le propriétaire et la dame qui s'occupe de la maison sur place sont à l'écoute et super accueillant.

Very beautiful Villa. Totally recommended!

We had a great stay in Vista Azul. Breathtaking view. Good location (near to calheta beach but still very quiet). At our arrival we were instructed to everything by a friendly woman called Rosa. Very nice owner (he took us for fishing, we had a great day) We really enjoyed our holidays! Thank you so much

Ganz tolles Haus auf toller Insel

Die Villa Vista Azul in Calheta ist eine wirklich sehr schön ausgestattete, gut gelegene und schicke Ferienunterkunft. Wir haben uns dort zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses gefallen, denn es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt etliche Dekoartikel, die alle gut zusammen passen. Auch die Lage in Calehata ist super geeignet, um von dort die gesamte Insel zu erkunden. Darüber hinaus gibt es in Calheta einen Supermarkt und - für die Insel ja recht selten - einen Sandstrand.

Alles prima!!!

Als Familie verbrachten wir 10 Tage in der "Vista Azul". Der Aufenthalt hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Leider beeinträchtigte ein großer Baukran mit seinen Arbeiten die Ruhe und die Sicht. Dennoch ein toller Rückzugsort!!!

A Great Villa - highly recommended.

Vista Azul provided a great base for our holiday and we spent the week exploring the island. A great welcome by Rosa on our arrival and great to meet Oleg a couple of times during the week. Great to see such a good team and so keen to make sure their guests were happy. The villa was lovely, the location was peaceful with great see views. There was four of us in our party and there was lots of space, a great pool that we really enjoyed. A great property with great owners and we would have no hesitation in recommending it! Thanks for providing a fantastic home for our holiday!
