"This is a historic hotel in a great location, however it is worn out and in need of a major upgrade. Interior units also need a total refit. The floors are not even close to level. Used the Elevator and noticed it has not been inspected and certified in a year. Would not stay there again until they update it."

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my years of traveling around the country! The first room we were assigned smelled horribly like cigarettes and marijuana. We were then assigned the room next door. At first, the room didn’t smell bad but after being in there for a little while, the stench arose. There were cigarette burns in the blankets on both beds. There were cigarette burns on the chair. 2 of the 3 useable outlets didn’t work. The fridge was BARELY cool let alone cold. The tub clogged up just about instantly when the shower was turned on. The shower head sprayed water out of the tub area onto the floor. The sink clogged as well right away and the water didn’t get cold even when turned all the way to cold. On our last morning room service barged into the room to ask if we needed anything. She barged in around 830am and checkout was 11am. Very unprofessional and uncalled for! Again, this is THE worst place I’ve stayed in all of my years of travel! I want my money back!"

"Upon arrival, we found the bed to be in an unacceptable state. The sheets, comforter, and pillows all had visible stains, which made the bed feel unclean and uncomfortable to use. In addition, the towels provided were also stained, raising further concerns about overall cleanliness and hygiene. Staff was very nice!"

"breakfast good, breakfast staff not good, coffee and creamer container sat on counter empty. slow in getting food refilled. I stayed at this Fairfield Inn in Calhoun, GA because of the breakfast and the indoor swiming. the pool heater was out. so i did not swim in the cold water. "
