Reservé la habitación por medio de la página web de Hoteles.com incluyendo los impuestos y los seguros hoteleros, los cuales se cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito. Sin embargo al llegar al hotel me fueron cobrados nuevamente los cargos de impuestos y seguro y al informar que estos ya estaban cubiertos por la reserva, ignoraron mis argumentos diciendo que eso era un problema de Hoteles.com y no del hotel. Que me dirigiera a ellos. Yo expresé que estaba hablando con ellos, porque a ellos yo les había cancelado la reserva pero se negaron a considerar mi caso. En todo momento, el trato fué displicente, descortes y desconsiderado. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, tengan cuidado con las reservas por internet.

Es mejor la foto de las habitaciones que la realidad. Estas son demaciado estrechas. El parqueadero lleno de objetos metalicos que pincharon las llantas.Es poco acogedor,la parte social es nula.gracias
