This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel in the past year. Thanks to the incredible service that I received at the front desk check in. Courtesy of the young lady from Medellin. This was by far the best stay that I have had at this hotel. She was extremely serviceable & very attentive. Not only during check-in but throughout our entire 4 days stay. The gym is missing handle accessories to grip the machines. even though the guest can add the parking to the daily rate, the machine doesn't detect the room key so the driver has to wait for the parking manager to recognize your car and face to let you in or out.

This hotel is amazing & at a great price. The roodtop pool is huge & has incredible views. The staff are great as well & the room service food is absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
