I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and truly accommodating. Sergio (the head chef) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I had some dietary restrictions and he was super helpful in meeting all my needing, even offering some off-menu items and all my meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lotto hotel and I'll be repeating my stay soon.

I specifically booked this hotel because they said they had a Jacuzzi. They do not. First they said I had to make an appointment and then when I tried to make an appointment, they said no it doesn’t work false advertising and very typical here in Colombia. Clean but pretty lightbulbs cast hospital hue. A different color temperature would have been more a hospitable. I got there at noon, which was three hours before their scheduled check-in and it seemed like they didn’t make any effort to clean a room so I could get in. They just made me wait until three. That’s very unusual.
