Great service and staff, but the hotel is a bit old. My shower curtain smelled, there were divots in the floor, my door had a horrible creaking sound every time you opened it, amongst other minor things. However, it was a great location.

I had been in Hotels in different countries but none of them achieve the great service that all the staff provide. Kudos to Fernando Castro in the Restaurant Bonifacio in the breakfast and everyone in there including the receptionists and check in.

As always, great hotel, service, staff (including new personnel) all are top notch. Only situation that still have issues sometimes, is the wi-fi service, it has glitches and if you sending heavy reports, pictures or any big files, it may take longer or not work at all. Hopefully administrators will take care of this issue and round a big fat A1 status.

The best hotel in Cali by far!

This beautiful botique hotel is an absolute gem. I stayed in the suite with jacuzzi tub and private balacony and when I return will stay here again. The most comforting king size bed ever and fantastic food and service at their restaurants. Loved my stay and experience
