"I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. The parking garage is a hassle to access with heavy luggage, wrong room was given, no room service as advised, we were told that we could call and order food for pickup from the bar/restaurant but then they told us we couldn’t do it when we tried the next day, we were told no to nearly everything. Completely empty shampoo bottle when we arrived, which I discovered in the middle of my shower. This is not a luxury hotel and possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in as far as service and amenities go. They will not lift a finger to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I was shocked by this, as I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels over the years. This hotel is unlike and Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever. My daughter was unexpectedly sick when we arrived and they wouldn’t even let us order and pick up food from the restaurant to avoid getting other people sick. Absolutely awful experience all around."

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back there at LEAST! I will say she kept such a great attitude & was so kind & quick despite being slammed constantly. Some customers were grumpy with her because of the wait but she handled it with so much grace. I wish I got her name, but she deserves a raise. The basketball was cool. Definitely dog pee stains in some areas of hotel. It wasn’t really worth the price/hype but the staff was nice."

"We had a very nice two-night stay at this hotel. Firstly, the price was very competitive for Memorial Day weekend. The room was very tidy and did not smell musty like many of the other hotels of this caliber. The staff and service were decent but could have been better. The breakfast was on par with other hotels at this price range. The pool seemed clean enough, but the hot tub was pretty nasty and had no jets working. My biggest gripe would be that I could clearly hear drunk people coming in at 2AM each night. It woke me up suddenly both times. Overall, a nice hotel!"
