I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Napa, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail felt well thought-out. The location was perfect for exploring Napa’s wineries and restaurants, yet the property itself was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again. From the moment you arrive at the resort everything is about making your stay relaxing and memorable. All staff are friendly and focussed on customer service - we went for a swim prior to the pool bar/restaurant opening and were greeted with a member of staff making sure if there was anything we needed we could get it. The rooms are incredible, the restaurants good and well stocked with wine and knowledgeable staff. Simply excellent resort in all aspects

For being a Four Seasons I was expecting much more, not only the service from the staff was very limited (had to chase repeated times to get orders when being in the pull throughout the day) but also, there was very limited availability for massages even though a high pricing on the stay is being paid and thats one of the main reason why this place was selected.
