" We went to Nusco to trace my family history. The staff was excellent, their service and friendliness exceeded our expectations. Our biggest surprise was the outstanding quality of the meals. The town of Contursi Termi is quaint and the people are very friendly and helpful. The Monday market was amazingly accessible. Salvatore made us feel like we were at home and that was before pizza night! Oh, the pizza! Hang in there folks, you really can eat all those pizzas! Thank you Salvatore for your generosity and warmth. Villetta Italia now tops our list of best places in all of Europe - not just Italy."

"Recommended. Lovely hotel - beautiful view to local hilltop village. Nice high end restaurant. Great 25m swimming pool - is shared with child lessons - we asked nicely and got our own lane most of the time. Area has lots of proper old Italy to explore and discover."

"We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. "
