I had requested second floor and got first with a room immediately off the lobby. I am not sure if the rooms on the site are given little or no priority re requests. The hotel was not full. "

The dining room was not open. The receptionist was not personable or accommodating. Questions were answered as if I was bothering her. Not a warm and friendly reception."
