Das zelthaus sollte nicht mehr Ende September/anfang Oktober vermietet werden. Es war nachts bitterkalt und der kleine Ofen mit Holz zu beheizen, bringt keine Wärme. Konnte gegen Aufpreis auf ein Haus umbuchen.
