Excellent staff, very polite and very hospitable. Nice facility close proximity to airport good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms and bedroom orderly need. Not super luxurious but a great hotel.

Great stay in a quiet hotel that honestly, is off airport. It's 30 minutes from the actual terminal despite being fenced inside the airport, so it's not remotely convenient. However, it is very secure and the staff are really nice. Not sure if I'd stay again due to the inconvenience of the location but for the staff and quality of hotel, it's a 9/10. Great concierge (Miguel) and bar staff!

This tourist class Peruvian hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the airport. At USD$37.00 per night, the price is very reasonable. They offered (and I accepted) a ride from the airport (the driver met me at baggage claim with a placard bearing my name) for USD$10.00 each way — which I thought was very reasonable. The best place in the area if you're coming in from the airport. Close, but not too close. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a few parks.

A simple room with a shared bath, but clean & comfortable. I came to get a few hours sleep between flights and had to leave at 3am to go back to the airport. I was blown away by the service! I received a text message with clear directions, warning me about taxi scams (which I've experienced before in Lima). And the owner woke up at 3am to make sure I got safely in my taxi. So sweet! I will use this lodging again.

Very helpful staff and the rooms are super clean

The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

We loved this property. Excellent quaint bread and breakfast setting. The Owner made an effort to meet us and talk to us for a long time. This is the type of property we look for and we will not miss an opportunity to come back to it.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. First time staying here! Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms, Larcomar shopping plaza is about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a Western Union for currency exchange. Miraflores is a very walkable city, so much to see. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming, housekeeping was great, and every in-room dining meal was absolutely delicious.
