"The first room we were given was dirty. It looked like no-one had been in it for years. The phone and the vinyl chair (red) was covered in dust and prominent as soon as we turned on the lights. I pulled back the comforter to check the bed and the mattress had big stains down the sides visible thru the sheets. We requested to be moved and were placed in another room. It was cleaner but I still didn’t feel comfortable walking without shoes. Plus, the red vinyl chair had dust in all corners. Both rooms were run down with stained, cracked grout and tile. That said, the staff was apologetic and helpful. Yes, you do get what you pay for getting a clean bed should be a given."

"The moment we walked in it smelled so fresh and clean throughout. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Would stay again!"

"The rooms are well appointed. Except our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so after a shower it was pretty humid in there. Otherwise. Food and pools especially adult areas are pleasant and well stocked. Staff is kind friendly and always happy to see you. Food is healthy and also others are options for all types of eaters. From Meat to Fish and veggie and even vegan. Great breakfasts. Love the Chia Pudding and fresh berries in the morning. It’s a large property with lots of care and concern for guests safety and wellbeing. Decent gym a bit small but fine to keep up your fitness schedule and you can rent bikes beach chairs or just sit by the pool. Totally chill"

"At first, everything was great. Check-in with Jeremy was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We were checked in for 2 nights. The morning of check out, at 7am it sounded like someone was breaking into our room. Luckily we had the door stop barrier in place, otherwise this woman, who was screaming, “what are you doing in there!” would’ve burst right in. She tried multiple times to push the door open past the barrier. I was in bed & my husband was in the shower. I yelled for her to get out of our room! Next thing I know the room phone rang & it was this unhinged woman asking again what we were doing in the room. She said the room was out of service for 45 days & that we had to get out! I told her we were checked in by Jeremy & we were checking out in 2 hours! She said we had to get out or she was calling the police! She never identified herself as even being an employee of the hotel. I told her to call the police then. I proceeded to try to get ready as quick as possible & then she comes to the door again with 2 police officers. It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I told the police that I just wanted to finish getting ready & get the hell out of the hotel. He said that was fine! Supposedly this crazy woman, Ebony, was the “general manager” of the hotel. She only said who she was in front of the police when I asked who she was!!! When we called corporate to file a complaint, was told that hotel employees can bust into your room at any time! DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER!!!"

"Resort was very nice. Clean and perfect location. Amenities were great. My only complaint is when my older son went to get pool towels for us they gave him a hard time and said he could only have one. I don’t pay that much a night to be given a hard time about pool towels. "
