The new toilet sounds like a jet engine and will wake the dead when flushed. Not to mention the fact that at minimum 1/3 of the rooms are occupied by permanent residences. The pool is filled in with rock, and surrounded by the removed...

"It was better than sleeping in the car. If noise from the highway bothers you, don't bother staying. Room was old, reminded us of a horror film. Bed was very uncomfortable. Heater was broken, so it was cold even with the blankets. Bathroom was old, didn't try showering."
