- A large south-facing balcony terrace. There is a large dining table, garden furniture and a plancha to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Callian, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, in the heart of a historic village. Lac Saint Cassien is a great place for walking, and the sea is only 30 minutes away. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. There is also free parking at the top of the village.
The car is the best means of transport for visiting the surrounding area.
