"Our twin room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. We were on the first floor with no lift access but the reception staff carried our cases to and from our room. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The hotel was in an ideal location for exploring Catania. We would definitely stay again. "

We didn’t cook any meals during our stay, but everything was provided, had we wanted to do so. The apartment is in a fabulous location, just off the main street which runs through the city centre, but tucked away and very quiet. Another outstanding feature is the staff managing this Ferrini Home. From the contact beforehand arranging check-in, the key handover, introduction to the accommodation and local area, advice on taxis, luggage holding, the list goes on, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, kind and considerate.
