All duplexes enjoy an exceptional environment which includes a private swimming pool each in addition to a communal swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The garden is beautifully landscaped in an oasis of native colours and plants with secure access from the main road, including parking for residents and visitors.

The complex is located on the waterfront with great views of the famous "Coin de Mire"; the designed Duplex of 200 m2 with a fully equipped modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. While the living room opens onto the veranda, the garden and the communal pool, the private pool itself, is in a cozy corner between the master bedroom and the living room.
