The house is completely renovated. Modern, functional and minimal. Unique to the area of Calonge and 5 minutes from the best beaches in the area.
The Village is in the Generalitat de Catalunya registered as a "tourist accommodation" so giving the highest guarantees as it is a legal rental.
Two double rooms perfect for two couples and two single beds and 'nest' for children. Two flat Tv (LED) with DVD and Blue Ray + surround home theater and Connection for iPod / iPhone/Bluetooth to listen to your music inside and / or outside through the Bose speakers. ASTRA SATELITE receiver so you can watch all english channels you desire! WiFi connection!
The pool is 3 by 6 meters + 1.5 m deep and illuminated at night. In winter you can use the magnificent fireplace installed at the corner of the room with incredible views of the garden and pool. It also has central heating with radiators. Outside you can use the stainless steel grill set into the wall of the building. Bathrooms with minimalist design showers. Modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee capsules.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location qui se situe dans un quartier calme. Tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. La piscine est très agréable sous une forte chaleur. Le propriétaire et la dame qui vous reçoit sont sympathiques et là pour vous aider. Location à recommander.

Wir, als 7-köpfige Familie, haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Alex bzw. Viviana war optimal! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Het was precies wat wij ervan verwacht hebben, de villa ziet er schoon en mooi uit. De voorzieningen in het huis zijn voortreffelijk. De ontvangst was prima en alles was prima geregeld. Het zwembad is goed. Een echte aanrader voor een mooie vakantie. De gastheer Alex regelt alles prima en heeft ons voorzien van veel informatie over de omgeving. Alex nogmaals bedankt.

Leuk verblijf in de villa, alles aanwezig, mooi zwembad met wekelijks onderhoud. wel enkele kleine werkjes nodig zoals: lekkende siliconen aan douche in kleine aparte badkamer, deuromkasting los aan 1 kant van slaapkamer, misschien vliegenramen plaatsen aan de beide badkamer vensters. voor de rest Alex zeker voor herhaling vatbaar :-)

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter!!!, nur leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter sehr viel Pesch und dazu noch einen Stromausfall so das wir nachts keine Gartenbeleuchtung und Musik mehr hatten. Aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegter Pool mit Wartung, die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und die Elektrogeräte sind auch sehr hochwertig. Alles was man braucht findet man in dieser Wohnung es hat an nichts gefehlt. Am besten aber fand ich den Vermieter, dieser konnte perfekt englisch und deutsch natürlich auch spanisch. Die Kommunikation war sehr sehr freundlich und kann nicht besser sein. Wir werden wieder kommen, dass ist sicher. Vielen Dank und 5 ***** Sterne

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir direkt vom Hauseigentümer empfangen und es wurden uns alle Funktionen ausführlich erklärt. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. On top hatte uns der Vermieter noch eine Flache Rotwein zur Begrüssung bereitgestellt. Die ganze Übergabe bei Ein - und Auszug verlief sehr angenehm und absolut stressfrei. Das Haus, ist sehr gut, neu und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass es vom Vermieter auch selbst genutzt wird. Bose Anlage innen und aussen. Apple TV, WLAN. Philippe Starck Bäder. Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt. Das Haus liegt mit dem Auto sehr zentral zu Stränden, Supermärkten und Restaurants. Wer nicht selbst auf Erkundungstour gehen möchte findet eine vom Vermieter liebevoll in mehreren Sprache zusammengestellte Auswahl. Kritikpunkte sind schwer zu finden, wenn überhaupt, dann das ab und zu verstärkt hörbare Hundegebell und -jaulen, von den zahleichen Hunden in der Wohnsiedlung. In der Gesamtsumme: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.

Alex hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen, sich viel Zeit genommen und alles erklärt. Es ist jede Menge Infomaterial ( auch selbst gemachtes)für Ausflüge/Restaurants/Notfälle...vorhanden. Das Haus war überall !! sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Es ist auch immer ein Ansprechpartner in der Nähe. Es war, dank des Hauses, ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir sind das zweite mal an die Costa Brava für den Sommerurlaub gefahren. Wir haben im Vorfeld nach einem Haus mit guten Bewertungen gesucht und sind bei diesem Objekt hängen geblieben. Der Eindruck, den wir bei der Ansicht der Bilder gewonnen haben wurde mehr als bestätigt. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd etc.). Die Möbel sind alle in einwandfreiem Zustand und wirken ebenfalls sehr wertig. Noch viel wichtiger war allerdings, dass alles sehr sehr sauber war. Wir sind schon in viele Ferienhäuser und Ferienwohnungen gefahren und haben üblicherweise erst einmal sauber machen müssen, um sich einigermaßen wohl zu fühlen. Dies war hier vollkommen anders. In diesem Ferienhaus konnte man sich bereits dirtekt nach der Ankunft auf Erholung einstellen. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Lediglich der Kunststoffeasen war erst einmal gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber durchaus seine positiven Seiten und man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, eine Flasche Champagner zum Empfang bereitgestellt und viele nützliche Tips und Ausflugsziele vermittelt. Wir haben uns die Restaurantempfehlungen auch nacheinander überprüft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir werden das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen und wenn wir erneut in die Gegend zum Urlaub machen kommen, werden wir sicher erneut in dieses tolle Ferienhaus ziehen.

Hemos difrutado de una semana en esta casa 2 parejas con 2 niños cada uno. Ideal para ir con niños, que además de la piscina y el jardín, pueden disfrutar de una habitación con todo lo necesario para jugar. El dueño, Alex, muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que sea necesario. La casa preciosa,muy cuidada y cómoda para disfrutar de la estancia. La playa más cercana es de arena y muy amplia. En definitiva pasamos una semana muy agradable. Gracias Álex. Volveremos sin duda.

Hola a todos, solo quiero dejar constancia de nuestra estancia en casa de Alex y Sonia. Hemos estado la primera semana de septiembre y os la recomiendo por muchos motivos, porque la casa es estupenda, no le falta detalle y al mismo tiempo es confortable y acogedora. Y también por los propios propietarios, que desde que nos pusimos en contacto con ellos, hemos mantenido una relación de buena acogida y entendimiento. Hemos estado dos parejas con tres niños y hemos disfrutado todos muchísimo! si tenéis oportunidad es una maravilla.

Wir sind eine Familie aus Frankfurt und es ist das dritte mal daß wir in der Costa Brava bleiben. Das Haus ist wundervoll! Die schönste und modernste Villa die wir bis jetzt besucht haben. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar mit einer Champagnaflasche begrüßt. Außerdem scheint die Sonne von ganz früh schon auf den Garten und Pool. Die Strände in der Nähe sind super schön und auch die Buchten. Supermarkt, Dorf, Strand....alles zwei bis fünf Minuten vom Haus. Echt super!

Trato esquisito, nos recibieron con botella de cava. excelente toda la estancia en esa maravillosa casa y en ese maravilloso entorno. Es una casa que los propietarios ponen a tu disposición todos los lujos y comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas.
