Holidays on the Costa Brava:
We invite you to enter this homely house located in a beautiful residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and swimming pool.



The house is very comfortable and pleasant. It is distributed on one floor. Entering, to the right, you will find the main living room: living-dining room with access to the terrace, and with an open kitchen. Entering, to the left, a small rise with three steps, where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms: two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with a bathroom (suite). A third bedroom with two single beds. The second full shared bathroom. Swimming pool: 4x8m approx.On the outside, an area next to the entrance of the house, is a cozy corner where you can sit and spend time outdoors. In the background, past the pool, a pergola where to celebrate meals. You have a gas barbecue that you can use.



You can park in the parking space inside the property.

What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres. But if you want to stay closer, there are many towns that stand out for their historical features, charming beaches, water park, good restaurants and shopping centers, in addition to the diversity of activities you can practice (biking, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, kayaking...). El trato recibido por Salma de IMISA ha sido extraordinario en tiempo y forma. La ubicación del alojamiento ofrece tranquilidad, y se encuentra a poca distancia del pueblo. Los servicios del alojamiento son suficientes, sólo encontramos a faltar una batidora, no obstante son superiores a los que se muestran en el anuncio. Las instalaciones y el mantenimiento de las mismas excelentes. Totalmente recomendable.
