Situated in Sant Antoni de Calonge, the villa "Terrassa" is just a short walk from the beach. The 160 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is not available.
