Cons: Si he de lndicar algo malo, es que ha hecho mucho calor y hubiera estado bien tener aire acondicionado ( a pesar de que hay muchos ventiladores). Por otro lado el acceso al parking nos ha sido imposible , al tener un coche de poca altura, rasca toda la parte inferior del vehiculo( en nuestro caso la bateria de coche, coche electrico)."

"Pros: The apartment was immaculate, very well equipped and in a quiet location but with great supermarkets near by. We loved the pool and garden and our good sized balcony, where we made the most of the lovely evenings. "The house overall is not bad if you have a large group, but it is divided into two completely separate units. To enter the units, you have to have a key (cannot leave unit unlocked) so I felt like we spent most of our vacation tracking down the one set of keys that we had and making sure we didn't get locked out. The units themselves werent bad- the top unit is outdated. The pictures posted make these units and outdoor area look much nicer than it actually is."

"Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day. Keep on the good stuff, it has ground floor pool and building top pool with stunning view! The restaurant privided discount to the hotel guests - quite worth it. All in all, a fantastic hotel if you bring all what you need."

"Wir hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Garten und der Pool (29C) garantieren einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es hatte genügend Liegestühle und man findet am Pool immer einen Schattenplatz. Der überdachte Freisitz garantiert gemütliche Frühstücke und Abendessen im Freien. Jeden Abend hatten wir dort Besuch von 4 Geckos. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr ansprechen eingerichtet und die Couch und Stühle sind bequem. In der Küche hat es alles was man zum Kochen benötigt in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Der große zusätzliche Kühl-Gefrierschrank im Eingangsbereich war perfekt für zusätzliche Vorräte. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Durch die 3 Bäder gibt es Morgens und Abends keine Probleme. In der Garage kann man die e-Bikes gut verstauen.Mit dem e-Bike ist man morgens in 5 Minuten beim Bäcker. Auch Supermärkte und selbst der Strand sind damit gut zu erreichen.Vielleicht noch ein Hinweis dass die Agentur die Fliegengitter prüft und gegebenenfalls ausbessert und zusätzlich noch am Fenster im Eingangsbereich eines angebracht wird so dass man Querlüften kann.Wir kommen sicher wieder. "Our family loved our stay. The property was just as described. We had a little problem enjoying the pool/jacuzzi as the heater was not working properly. We advised Joan and she called for service right away. Other than that little problem our stay was very nice."

"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa à Platja d’Aro à l’occasion d’un EVG entre amis, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin.Un immense merci à Guillaume pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa communication irréprochable avant et pendant le séjour. Les échanges ont toujours été très clairs, rapides, chaleureux et vraiment agréables. On sent tout de suite qu’il tient à ce que ses voyageurs passent un excellent moment.La villa est magnifique, très propre, parfaitement entretenue et idéalement située. La vue mer est superbe, la piscine est un vrai bonheur et le terrain de pétanque a clairement contribué à l’ambiance et aux souvenirs du week-end Le logement offre vraiment toutes les conditions pour passer un séjour convivial, confortable et mémorable. Même si nous ne sommes restés que quelques jours, le cadre et l’atmosphère ont largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour.Encore merci pour tout Guillaume, et ce sera avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons réserver cette villa à l’avenir.
