"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."

"The view was lovely and location is excellent. We didn't use the

area but we did use the gym and rooftop BBQ which is truly a star attraction for this resort. Location is so convenient for walking to the beach, bars and eateries. One street back from beachfront, this resort misses nothing! "

" We were a bit put off upon arrival, seeing an active bar and gaming area - but we had a lovely stay. Lots of locals with families and very good food. Our only issue was not being told that we should order food at the bar, so we waited in the restaurant awhile before knowing that. Our accommodations were pristine, comfortable bed, kettle and small fridge. Nice
