Spacious terrace with lovely sea views. 1 parking spot located in the same complex. ALEXIA features wonderful communal areas: swimming pool, paddle course, playground and gardens. A.C. by ducts throughout the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation. Penalty fee of 50€.
