The living/dining room leads out to a terrace. The penthouse also has a large kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining nook and an exit to the terrace. There is a shower and toilet on the main level. Heating is available only from November 1st to April 30th.
