This beautiful villa for 4 people benefits from a private swimming pool and a beautiful plot.

Inside: Living / dining room with (TV and access to a small covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool). Open equipped kitchen (with gas and electric hobs, Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed). 1 shower room.

Outside (fully fenced): Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and outdoor shower. Portable barbecue. Parking on the plot for one car.
