Lovely villa
Lovely villa but unfortunately the villa was broken into while we were out having lunch and we returned to the villa the burglars were still inside the property and totally ruined our holiday.

Plus jamais avec cette agence sunshine de altea.4 ème fois que l'on vient ( client fidèle) .cette année ils nous ont attribué une maison horrible rempli de béton autour d.hlm .du foutage de gueule .rien à voir avec toutes les photos sur leurs annonces .Publicité mensongère. Apres etre revenue a lagence pour leur faire part de notre mécontentement ls nous ont trouver une maison de dernière minute d'une autre agence ( heureusement une charmante dame nous a loger dans une belle maison ) ..la semaine d'après nous devions partir afin qu'il nous donne une autre maison ( je précise que nous avons louer 3 semaines ) .La semaine d'après ils nous attribué une nouvelle maison aussi horrible que la première avec pataugeoire en guise de piscine .Nous sommes donc rester dans la maison de l'autre agence..Or de question de partir dans de telles maisons pour les vacances...Ne vous fiez à aucune de ces photos tout est mensonger...plus jamais je ne louerai chez eux .terminé

Un peu déçu
Je loue chaque année ici et c’est toujours super . Mais cette année avec 2 enfants en bas âge la villa était non sécurisée ( pas de portail , fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas .Tout le monde pouvais aller et venir comme il voulais , fenêtre cassée . Heureusement que nous avions le barbecue et la piscine . Le propriétaire autorisait que des gens se gare dans notre allée ( plusieurs fois nous ne pouvions sortir car la voiture était dans le garage avec une voiture garée devant ) . Sinon piscine et extérieur agréable . Petit bémol les 3 derniers jours nous n’avions pas pu nous baigner car personne n’ai venu mettre de chlore dans la piscine . Franchement déçu cette année . Pour avoir louer 3 semaines je m’attendais à mieux

Comme nous ne savions pas quelle maison nous était attribué jusqu'à la dernière minute un peu d'appréhension mais pas du tout déçu à l'arrivée. Maison spacieuse, très agréable, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Extérieurs également très agréable avec une piscine au top !!! Petit bémol pas de clim avec des nuits très chaudes…..

Un sèjour inoubliable dans les hauteurs de Calpe
Pas facile de réserver sans savoir dans laquelle des trois villas nous allions passer nos vacances mais arriver sur place nous ne regrettons absolument pas cette prise risque, maison belle et très spacieuse pour 6 adultes, piscine impeccable. Seul hic pas de climatisation dans cette région très chaude de l'Espagne l'agence nous propose de payer 100€ par semaine en supplément pour y avoir accès.

Nous avons eu une location qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux exemples de photos mises sur l’annonce. Très déçue car très vieillotte avec manque d’entretien qui sentait énormément le renfermé malgré un ménage qui avait été fait rapidement je pense. En arrivant nous avons eu le malheur d’ouvrir les fenêtres car il faisait très chaud résultats dévorés par les moustiques car un jardin très arboré très mal entretenu! Le point positif c’est le côté piscine qui est très agréable malgré un mauvais entretien à notre arrivée mais l’agence s’en est très vite occupé. Dommage car la maison serait très sympa avec quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement ! Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de superbes vacances car très bien situé proche de petites plages très sympa. Très belle région!

Pour une réservation à l'aveugle (sur l'annonce 3 maisons. 1 Attribuée à l'arrivée). Au départ un peu inquiet, mais à l'arrivée pas déçu.
