Villa Guapa Los Pinos is a magnificent Spanish-style residence surrounded by a large garden with trees.
It has a large private swimming pool of 60m² (12m×5m) with an integrated jacuzzi and a terrace with deckchairs.
Armchairs are also available on the terrace for lounging in the sun.
The villa has a large air-conditioned living room with an adjoining fitted kitchen (vitro hob, electric oven, extractor, coffee machines, kettle, blender...), you have 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms (including one en suite).
The total living area is +-120m².

A "naya" of 15m² as well as two terraces (60m² and 50m²) are present, there is also a barbecue area adjoining the swimming pool.
The property is +-1800m2.
You can easily park several cars on the property (more than 4 cars).

Travel light! Bed linen and bath towels are provided. In addition you have an 8kg washing machine to do your laundry if necessary!

water : 5€ /m³

The swimming pool is maintained every week (2x in summer).

The villa enjoys an excellent location to enjoy your holidays with family or friends in a quiet and pleasant setting!

From Calpe you can easily visit the whole region and do lots of activities (Moraira, Denia, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante, Valencia...) you are 1 hour from everything!

A multitude of nautical activities are offered at the Bassetes marina which is located 10 minutes away on foot... Paddle, windsurfing, sailing, diving...
