Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people. This charming villa has three bedrooms distributed over two independent floors, connected by external stairs. It has a bathroom on the main floor and another bathroom outside the house. In addition, the villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere during your stay.







Inside the villa, you will find a main floor consisting of a living-dining room with satellite and terrestrial TV, and access to the terraces, one of which is glazed overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is American style and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. You will also find two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and panoramic views of the sea and the Rock of Ifach. The bathroom on this floor is located outside, in the pool area.







Outside the villa, you can enjoy a beautiful and spacious terrace with beautiful views, and an 8x4 meter kidney-shaped swimming pool, equipped with Roman stairs. You will also find a gas barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors, and parking on the same plot for three vehicles, as well as a closed garage with a parking space and a small gym. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The plot is fully fenced, providing privacy and security.







Some additional observations about the villa include the availability of free Wi-Fi, and the possibility of allowing pets up to 12 kg with a supplement. Please note that youth groups are not allowed.
