"We enjoyed our stay at Independence Stay Hotel in Houghton. The hotel was new, clean, updated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen along with the other amenities, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast offerings were modest, but it was a nice little something to get you started for the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again."
"Very nice front desk guy for check in and later my youngest cut her knuckles in the pool so we got bandaids from him. Overall nice room (cracked bathroom floor tile in 236) Lady was on phone during checkout so no chance to tell her. Overall nice stay. The pool and the breakfast are always a hit for the kids."
