"A very nice, well-appointed hotel, located inside of a vacation village. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance, as was the beach. Numerous cycling trails that crisscross the country are accessible right from the hotel. "

I had requested gluten free bread for my breakfast and the kitchen staff supplied me with bread, cake and biscuits every morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is around a ten minute walk from the hotel to the centre of Aveiro. Very happy with our stay at the Alfonso."
