"I made a courtesy call to notify the hotel attendant that we would be having a late check-in. I was told that my room was going to be recorded as a "no-show" after expressing traffic delays had set us back more than usual.
I have no idea why someone would state this to a patron that already prepaid the booked stay. That room should belong to me until the check-out time the very next day."
"Staff were very friendly. But I explained that i paid 6dollars for parking and the concierge said that I needed to pay for parking as the reservation did not show that I paid already. I ended up paying 21dollars for parking. I was staying at this hotel because my mother was in the adventist hospital for a heart attack. I just didn’t have it in me to fight this."
"The ceiling of the room had damage had been fixed but still looked worrisome. Air conditioner noisy, sounded like about to break. The room was small. Breakfast wish more choices but bagels were fresh. Also on the plus side, staff courteous, helpful. The common room was big, bright with TVs. Rooms were clean."
"We booked a room with one king bed and got one with two doubles instead. We were just passing through for the night, so it was fine. Carpet felt kind of sticky."
