This apartment is located in a luxury building built in 2012.
The decoration is made by us, simple, refined, luxurious, with quality furniture.
We have an exceptional view over the bay of Calvi to offer you, on a 20m2 terrace. Everything is there, a large garden furniture, deckchairs, a large plancha, something to get away from it all and enjoy the scenery and the view.
It is on the top floor of a luxury building ... Calm with an exceptional view. A secure building with elevator code to go up to the 4th floor where the apartment is located.

beautiful apartment

Lovely apartment with superb views of the beach and citadel. 5 minute walk to main bars/restaurants and 5 minutes in the other direction to be on the beach. Owner spoke excellent English and was really helpful. Car park underneath with own space and there is a lift up to the apartment. Spacious balcony with comfy seating and a bbq. Couldn't have been better.
