The apartment is located in a house, combining modernity and authenticity, newly renovated, in the heart of the city of Calvi. Facing the Revallata and only 5 minutes walk from pedestrian and commercial streets (where restaurants and sea excursions await you), which connect through the marina.
The Roncu beach is accessible, on foot, directly from the apartment 100 meters below.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find a bicycle and motorcycle rental, as well as essential shops such as a bakery, bank ATM, tobacco press and souvenirs, bars, etc.
