J'aime Calvi, ville très animée et les commerçants sont adorables. L'office du tourisme nous conseille bien. Et ici il fait toujours très beau... La plage au sable fin est une merveille.

Appartement sympa au départ... mais : - balcon invivable en été (très très chaud, avec le bloc clim en prime, pas de parasol ou occultant) sans parler du salon de jardin a minima (table et chaises en plastique vert totalement délavés, pas de transat ni chilienne) - canapé inconfortable - pas de couteau de table pour manger un steak - aucun condiment... très écologique que chacun achete sa salière et la jette avant de reprendre l'avion... - beaucoup de moustiques dès que les fenêtres restent ouvertes - informations poubelles à deviner, accès à la place de parking lointaine si on n'avait pas trouve de nous-memes l'acces par les garages (que des bouts ronds)

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine du 03/08 au 10/08/24. L'appartement est propre et idéalement situé dans Calvi. Proche de toutes commodités et de la plage. La climatisation est appréciable, et la place de parking proposée est presque indispensable. Nous recommandons cet appartement, Le propriétaire répond rapidement quand on a des questions.

L appart est très sympa lorsque l’on voyage en avion manque un parasol pour aller à la plage il y a de la place à en mettre un dans l appartement .sinon appart très bien situé pas besoin de voiture .

On ne peut mettre de 1/2 points car j'aurais mis 4,5. Appartement agréable. Très bien situé (on peut profiter de Calvi à pied) et équipé. Seul défaut pour nous, une clim sûrement vieillissante qui ne suffit pas à rafraîchir correctement le séjour par forte chaleur malgré les volets fermés. Quand vous avez le chocolat des biscuits qui fond, ça confirme le ressenti. Elle reste suffisante pour la chambre plus petite donc OK pour un couple mais pas très agréable pour notre fils la nuit. Peut être juste une recharge en gaz suffirait. Et point de détail, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de couverts par rapport aux assiettes pour profiter du lave vaisselle sinon il faut le lancer tous les jours. Pas contraignant de laver à la main quelques couverts mais le lave vaisselle ne peut être utilisé correctement. Au final ça reste un super logement qu'on peut recommander sans problème. Et détail amusant mais très utile en fait, le propriétaire a mis plein de petites notes d'infos et recommandations sur les divers équipements. C'est bien plus efficace et sympa que de laisser un dossier que personne ne lira.

Excellentes vacances, pas besoin de voiture, il y a tout sur place. Tous les matins je prenais le petit dejeuner chez Pasturella, j'y ai aussi mangé le midi, très bonne cuisine. J'ai également apprécié le repas au restaurant brocante : U Minellu. Que dire de plus, c'est en Corse que j'aime par dessus tout revenir. Les Corses sont charmants et plus encore. Eliane Szumigay.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Calvi, proche de la plage, du centre ville et des commerces. Pas besoin de voiture. Nous y avons passé une nouvelle fois un très bon séjour. Merci au propriétaire ;-)

Appartement idéalement situé à Calvi, tout près de la plage et des commerces. Le centre ville n'est pas loin non plus, les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied. La place de parking privée est un atout aussi. L'appartement est propre, correctement équipé. Logement avec climatisation (ce qui n'est pas négligeable avec les températures qu'il peut y avoir en été).

Cela fait cinq années consécutives que nous passons nos vacances d'été dans cet appartement et c'est toujours un plaisir. Il est très bien situé dans Calvi, proche de la plage et de la ville et très bien équipé. De plus, la nouvelle literie est très confortable. Merci au propriétaire pour son écoute et le soin qu'il apporte à son appartement. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'été prochain!

C'est le quatrième été que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours très contents ! Idéalement située près de la plage et de la ville, au calme, très bien équipée, cette location est à recommander. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute des locataires. Appartement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et idéalement placé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de ce logement. Accueil sympathique et professionnel de l'agence. Le seul petit bémol, le matelas un peu ferme mais on s'y fait au bout de quelques jours. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
