For shared use: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), park with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, 2 swimming pools (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Sehr schöne Anlage. Traumhafter Garten. Sehr freundliche Inhaber, die fast alles möglich machen. Supernah am flachen feinsandigen Strand., Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zentrum. Sehr ruhig, super zum erholen. Für Ausflüge ist ein Auto erforderlich, da es kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt.

Gentilissimi i proprietari, ci hanno accolto calorosamente sforzandosi di parlare in italiano. Il posto è molto carino e ha a disposizione per i suoi ospiti tre piscine immerse nel verde. C'è anche la possibilità di usare la lavatrice gratuitamente. Unica pecca, il Wi-Fi lentissimo

Anlage mit Liebe zum Detail

Die Anlage ist für Individualisten genau richtig. Die Liebe zum Detail, sowohl in der parkähnlichen Anlage, wie auch in den Wohnungen, ist offensichtlich die Handschrift der ( auch engl. sprechenden ) sympathischen Besitzer, die ihre Arbeit lieben. Dankbar nahmen wir am ersten Tage die grosszügigen, essbaren Geschenke an. Die Familie hat auch immer Zeit für ein Schwätzchen. Die gute Laune der Besitzer macht Freude. Die Nähe von Meer und der Stadt Calvi ist ideal und gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die wärmende Sonne kann man morgens schon auf der Terrasse geniessen. Wir waren im Frühjahr hier und würden das jederzeit wieder tun.

Hier fühlt man sich zu Hause

Die Anlage ist großzügig und hat mehrere Pools und Rasenflächen. Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gemütlich- Alles war vorhanden, was zur Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Für das erste Frühstück war alles schon eingekauft und von guter Qualität. Die Vermieter sprachen gut englisch und waren sehr freundlich. Die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt und wir haben uns dort ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten die Schlußreinigung selbst machen und uns die Kosten dafür sparen. Diese Anlage können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
