Super Standing and quiet apartment with terrace
- In a luxury, recent and secure residence with lift. Very close to the sea, the town and the shops.
Very nice and beautiful apartment of 45m2, you only have to put your suitcases to enjoy Calvi. The covered terrace is furnished to enjoy the beautiful days and the view.
It includes a possibility of accommodation for 4 beds and a baby (cot, deckchair, shower seat available).
Fully equipped with tv, internet, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, you will have all the necessary comfort.
A numbered parking space is assigned to the accommodation.
Plan to pay the cleaning lady at the end of the stay for the end of stay cleaning costs. (50 €) deposit check to be left on arrival of 900 € returned 72 hours after departure.

Le troisième fois que nous avons resté ici. C'est encore un très bonne apartment, tres bien équipé, propre et épuré, parfait pour les locataires. Tres bien situé en Calvi. Tout a bien fonctionné ; le frigo, le plaque de cuisson, le fer à repasser, la climatisation etc.

Vacances à Calvi
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement moderne lumineux et spacieux avec une grande terrasse pour prendre nos repas, l'exposition est idéale pas de soleil direct le matin, un peu plus à midi ,là nous prenions le frais de la clim.à l'intérieur
la localisation est top les commerces, la plage, la ville tout est proche.
l'acceuil fut sympathique

Situation exceptionnelle
La résidence se situe à 200. Mètres de la très grande plage, à 100 mètres du centre commercial et 400 mètre du port avec les restos et commerces. Emplacement de parking privé pour ma voiture qui n’a pas beaucoup bougé. Top!!!

Apartment tres bien équipe, bon climatisation, un balcon spacieuse, très bien située proche du centre ville, bon meubles, toutes va bien! Merci à Fanny pour leur patience et fidélité. A recommandé sans doute ! On vais retour ici sans hésitation !

Excellence expérience à tous points de vue.
Vacances idéales dans un site magnifique. Le logement est impeccable, neuf, propre, calme, particulierement bien équipé (plancha, tv, wifi, four, air conditionné, lave vaisselle etc...), situé à 800 metres de la plage et du port. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions à l'aise des notre arrivée: clarté des formalités, petits gourmandises de welcome et surtout le minimum (sel poivre vinaigre, huile, papier, ...) necessaire à une première installation (dejeuner ou diner). Merci Fanny. Je reviendrais sans hesitation.
