Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé (seulement les chaises sur le balcon sont branlants), calme et bien située. La plage, le centre-ville et une boulangerie 'Spiga' sont à proximité. Tout était bien arrangé pour notre arrivée et la communication avec Jonathan (la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement) était trÚs réactif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Calvi.

Appartement vieillot ( chaises et table de la terrasse, canapé lit )entrée de l immeuble pas trÚs propre et quelques lacunes d équipements ( pas de balai ( mais un aspirateur)pas d égouttoir pour la vaisselle) mais il est bien situé pas trÚs loin de la mer et du centre ville. Bon accueil sauf et c est la 1 Úre fois en corse pas une bouteille d eau au frais à notre arrivée

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances Ă  Calvi, l’emplacement est vraiment idĂ©al Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du centre ville et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’une boulangerie. Le seul point nĂ©gatif est la propretĂ© .. les ustensiles de cuisine sales et collants.. dommage le reste est top !

The property is ideal for a couple and, as a bonus, has air conditioning which was really useful at night. It’s a steep walk up to the property from the town/ beach/railway station but that is a minor issue unless one is infirm.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ok, leider sind direkt unter dem Balkon Garagen, in denen Handwerker ihre Sachen lagern. Morgens beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck, Tor auf, zu und Abends wieder. Es roch nach Farbe, Altöl und Benzin. Die Wohnung muß hĂ€ufiger kontrolliert werden, die StĂŒhle auf dem Balkon sind in schlechtem Zustand. Geschirr nicht sauber. Jonathan hat sich trotz der Sprachprobleme sehr viel MĂŒhe gegeben.

L’appartement Ă©tait propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, accueil au top, fonctionnel, spacieux. Il est dotĂ© d’une chambre parentale et d’un lit canapĂ©. Il est dotĂ© d’un lave vaisselle, d’une machine Ă  laver, d’un micro onde ainsi que d’un four. L’appartement est climatisĂ© et donne accĂšs a un petit balcon. Nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour! Encore merci.

Séjour parfait à Calvi. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, proche du centre ville et des magasins. L'appartement est bien équipé et son balcon a une vue dégagée.

Emplacement super, on peut tout faire Ă  pieds. Une vue de l’appartement et de la mer formidable.(mer et montagne) Calvi une ville Ă  taille humaine, pas trop surchargĂ©e pourtant en cette pĂ©riode estivale. Petit bĂ©mol concernant la clim qui fonctionne Ă  merveille dans l'appartement heureusement pour un mois d'aoĂ»t caniculaire, en revanche trop chaud sur la terrasse quand celle-ci est en marche. Je recommande et pensons y retourner vers le printemps dans ce mĂȘme appartement.(si dispo)

Notre arrivĂ©e s’est bien passĂ©e Ă  l’heure prĂ©vue . L’appartement est bien situĂ© dans Calvi proche de la ville, du port et des commerces. Nous avons refait le mĂ©nage Ă  notre arrivĂ©e car nous avons constatĂ© la prĂ©sence De cheveux un peu partout. L’appart Est calme et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able.

The apt. is very clean and feels very spacious. The Air Condition was essential for the hot weather days. The Town and beach were a short walk away, though a short uphill climb on the way back was more of a challenge. We would stay again without hesitation. The description was most accurate. We did waste time, about 40 minutes waiting for the key, despite advising our arrival time on the day and many hours before arriving - Likewise with dropping the key off. We told the property manager (not the owner - who was excellent with his messages) on arrival of our departure time. 15 minutes later he had not arrived, so phoned him, only to be told to drop the key off at a local hotel. If only we had had known this!! This explains the 2 stars for the property manager and should not put you off, but keep contacting him would be our advice to make it clear.
