Sleeping 8 guests, this large vacation home features an elegantly decorated living-dining room with fine artwork, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (each with its own TV), 4 bathrooms, and an additional toilet. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Bose sound system, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The wellness terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea and is equipped with fitness equipment, lighted whirlpool tubs and a lounge chair under a shade sail. Total relaxation guaranteed! Sehr schöne Villa mit edeler Ausstattung

Pros: Die Villa ist modern und groß. Zu 8 hatten wir viel Platz und haben den schönen Ausblick aus dem warmen Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse genossen. Die Küche ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden sehr nett vom Eigentümer empfangen und haben eine Hausführung bekommen. Die eingebaute Bose-Anlage bietet überall besten Klang im und am Haus. Spotify ist nötig dafür. Gut geschlafen haben wir alle. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Danke ! Cons: -

Hidden Gem!

Pros: Check-In was extremely easy and the videos provided helped understand what the property had to offer before we arrived. The house was in an area that was close to the beach and a few small restaurants so we did not need to leave the area if our group did not want to, as we wanted to try and maximize our time outside in the pool and on the outdoor patio. Overall, the house was in great shape, clean, and each room cozy with A/C. I would be happy to stay here each time I visit Palma.

Pros: Das Haus ist super. Der Stil ist modern und grosszügig. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist schön. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist angemessen. Die Schlafzimmer wie die Nasszellen sind gross. Das Schlafzimmer mit Nasszelle und Ankleide im ersten Stock (Eltern) ist sehr gross. Die 4 Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind alle nicht klein. Der Pool ist nicht gross aber völlig ausreichend. Auf dem Dach hat es ein Whirlpool mit diversen Sportgeräten. Der Whirlpool am Abend mit dem Ausblick aufs Meer ist sehr zu empfehlen. sollte man mit dem Auto kommen, eigenes oder Mietauto, sollte man sich bei der Einfahrt Zeit lassen. Die Einfahrt ist schmal und steil. Ein wenden des Fahrzeugs ist grundsätzlich nicht möglich.

Wir mussten bei Beginn der Mietzeit dem Reinigungspersonal Euro 200 bar bezahlen. Empfanden wir einwenig komisch. Wir hatten ja noch gar keinen Schmutz verursacht und mussten schon zahlen. Zudem war in der Küche die Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung. Was uns persönlich klar störte, waren die unangemeldeten Besuche vom Gärtner. Wenn man das Haus für Ferien und Ruhe gebucht hat, empfand man die diversen Lärmbelästigungen als doch sehr störend. Zudem entsorgte der Gärtner seine Zigarttenstummel nicht fachgerecht. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angehnem. Wir hatten den Eindruck das der Inhaber erlich bemüht war.
