"Had a bungalow with lounge and terrace. Good aircon and lots of space. The furnishings and decor are a little old but good quality and clean. One of the cupboards smelled a little musty but all in all it was great and good value for money. The staff are friendly and courteous. There great shower rooms between the upper and lower pools which were both quiet and well kept with free towels by the top pool. There are tennis courts and mini golf too. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and good quality. They let us use a room to shower and change the day we left as we had a late flight. You can use the gym, bar, pool and “beach” at the lusher bonanza playa across the road but they won’t let you have towels or use sun beds by their pool. I suggest saying you forgot your “black room card” when asking for towels if you want rise that pool. I was too honest! You can get buses to Palma or Portals Nous and beyond. This is high end and worth a visit with nice beaches. Nandi beach bar down the hill was one of the best beach bars I’ve ever been too and well worth a visit for a chilled out dinner with DJ set. All in all, for the price I recommend this hotel and would definitely return. I’d say 4.5 stars given price. Just a bit dated. "

"Beautiful hotel. Great service. Conveniently located by taxi approximately 20 min to Palma city center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on strip you can walk. Restaurant in hotel is delicious. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Beach front property- but no beach lounge chairs that belong to hotel- you need to rent them separately. "
