The worst experience in my traveling life 6 days suffering from the noise and screaming and fighting on that street between young drunk kids the apartment nice with view from the window but it’s only good for very young age who don’t sleep all night till the morning no parking busy I end up putting my car u. A hotel parking lot 20 E per day Only they have 4 medium old towel with stain you will be shy to take it to the pool we bought 4 beach towel for us We bought paper towel and toilet paper too But that not important it’s more important when we leave early the apartment drunk young age sleep in the front of the door smells so bad Bad experience I will never forgot the money I was it in this location

Unsafe Conditions, Misrepresentation, Unjustified Damage Claim. I have more information to share

I’m writing this to warn future travelers about the poor condition of this property and how the host handled a serious safety incident. On June 1, 2025, while simply closing a kitchen cabinet, the door detached from its hinges and fell on me, injuring my arm and foot. This wasn’t due to misuse—it was clearly a maintenance failure.The cabinet also knocked over a decorative vase, which shattered. I immediately messaged the host, Laurent, with photos and a video, explaining what happened. That night, he called at an inappropriate hour insisting on visiting. I declined, but he came the next day. I showed him my bruises and again explained the incident.Despite this, he later falsely claimed I had torn the cabinet door off and accepted full responsibility. He then charged me 450, saying the cabinets were “custom-made,” though they were clearly cheap pressed board. This charge came after checkout, without warning or consent.I’ve contacted VRBO to dispute the charge and provide all evidence. Laurent showed no concern for my injury and misrepresented my communication. What should’ve been a relaxing vacation became stressful and painful due to the unsafe condition of the property and the host’s unprofessional conduct.I cannot recommend this rental. Travelers should be aware of the risks, and VRBO should better vet hosts who respond to accidents with blame and hidden fees.

Un appartement les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Un bus (A11) est direct de l'aéroport jusqu à l'appartement. Il est possible de déposer ses bagages en consigne à ''plaza de España''(12.5 euros la grande consigne). L'appartement était propre et la literie neuve. La proximité avec la plage est idéale:100 marches à descendre et on y est! L'ambiance festive est au rdv avec tous les bars et restos. L'accueil a été parfait par notre hôte Laurent et nous l'en remercions. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement et j'espère pouvoir y retourner dans quelque temps.

Schönes neues Apartment mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben zu dritt 1 Woche in dem Apartment verbracht. Der Check In und Check Out war problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent hat bestens funktioniert. Nun zu der Unterkunft. Diese ist ganz neu. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Herrlich ist natürlich der Blick aus der Fensterfront im Wohn-Esszimmer, die sich komplett aufschieben lässt. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, die bestens funktioniert. In jedem Zimmer ist auch ein Fernseher vorhanden, allerdings in den Schlafzimmern konnten keine Programme empfangen werden. Hat uns nicht gestört, da wir kein Fernsehen geschaut haben. Im Wohnzimmer konnte Netflix empfangen werden. Haben wir ebenso nicht benötigt. In der Unterkunft haben wir nur gefrühstückt. Nespresso Maschine ist vorhanden, wen es interessiert. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss(von der Straßenseite aus gesehen) in einer Hanglage. So muss keine Treppe oder Aufzug benutzt werden. Von der Strandseite schaut es aus, als wäre das Apartment im 5-6 OG. Daher die schöne Aussicht. Neben der Unterkunft geht direkt eine Treppe zum Strand runter. Supermarkt und Kiosks befinden sich direkt neben der Unterkunft. Die nähere Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so schön, befindet sich an der Grenze zu den vielen Bars Magalufs. Daher kann es nachts manchmal etwas lauter werden, von denen die nachts ‚grölend’ die Treppe benutzen. In wenigen Minuten ist man auch zu Fuß an der schönen Bucht von Palmanova mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Von daher gesehen ist die Lage zwischen den zwei Buchten optimal. Nun noch ein paar Worte, falls jemand mit einem Mietwagen anreist. Es ist schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Oftmals muss man mehrmals eine Rund drehen oder das Fahrzeug weiter von der Wohnung parken. Es gibt zwar einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe, dieser ist aber auch fast immer besetzt.

Appartement exceptionnel

Appartement identique aux photos, neuf, propre, ameublement de très bonne qualité, tout était fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Récupération des clés de l’appartement simple, communication agréable, efficace et facile car Laurent parle français et reste à notre disposition pour toutes questions, informations, …. La vue depuis l’appartement est exceptionnelle, l’emplacement également, la plage est à quelques secondes à pied avec beaucoup de commerces à côté ( supermarché, restaurant, …). Seul inconvénient, il n’y a pas de double de clés ce qui n’est pas pratique pour un groupe de personne. Appartement noté 5 sur 5 pour moi, j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Merci pour ce séjour

Casa linda mas péssimo atendimento

A casa é linda sem dúvida, mas a gerência deixa muito a desejar. No final da estadia tentaram implicar com tudo para nos cobrarem mais dinheiro. Tenham atenção quando fazem o pagamento que eles depois conseguem tirar € da conta sem avisar.

Appartement magnifique

L’appartement était parfait: magnifique, propre, grand, fonctionnel et proche des bus pour se déplacer sur l’île. Attention cependant à la piscine qui n’appartient pas au propriétaire mais à un restaurant et qui est donc payante. Attention également au prix du taxi que propose Laurent soit disant beaucoup moins chers que les autres (faux). Également, le prix du bus aéroport- magaluf coûte 4€/pers et non pas 13€ comme il le prétend. Mise à part cela, nous recommandons fortement la location de cet appartement!

Wunderschönes Appartment, aber ohne Pool ??

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis von einigen Mitgliedern unserer Reisetruppe, müssen wir sagen, dass wir es total schön dort angetroffen haben. Die Aussicht und und das Appartement waren der Hammer. Allerdings konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen. Man hat uns nicht hereingelassen. Auch die Besitzerin und der Verwalter konnten nicht helfen. Bitte das vorher klären. Mir fehlen auch noch Bilder von der Umgebung, um sich einen Eindruck zu verschaffen.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit herrlichem Meerblick

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet und es fehlte mir an nichts. Die Regendusche sowie die Duschbrause hatten Druck, was ich immer als sehr angenehm empfinde. Das Highlight war natürlich das Wohnzimmer mit seinem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Dass man im TV Netflix schauen konnte, fand ich auch ganz toll. Ich hatte eine super Woche erwischt und konnte jeden Tag im Meer baden, das Apartment ist ideal direkt am Strand. Umliegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, aber auch kleine Shops zum Einkaufen. Trotz der vielen Bars war es in der Nacht erstaunlich ruhig, ich konnte gut schlafen und sogar das Meer rauschen hören. Über dir Klimaanlage war ich zwischendurch auch sehr dankbar. Geschätzt habe ich auch sehr den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und dem Apartment Manager, sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Im Apartment fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Ich konnte mich super erholen und komme gerne wieder.
