Great for kids

It’s a great place for kids, the whole experience is centered around children and family fun. The staff are very nice and the setup very safe. I am giving a bit low rating because the food wasn’t great despite the variety, but that taste could do with an improvement.

My daughter and I had a fantastic holiday here. Rooms were fairly small but had compfy beds and kept spotless. Hotel is really quirky and great attention to detail! Every one is friendly. So much to do with the theme park and water park included and upgrade of €15 each for the golf and laser challenge was a bargain. Dont usually go for all inclusive but tried here and was really pleased we did. Lots of choice for every meal and never a queue for drinks. Would recommend and would absolutely book here again.

Extremely family-friendly hotel. Impressive and consistent layout of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the facilities at the hotel are very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. A 25 minutes drive from the airport. From the hotel, there's not far to Palmanova and Palma. Also a short drive to marine land. Only thing pulling the experience down slightly is the quality of the food at the hotel. Some days it was good, and other days not so much. It is obvious that a lot of the food is precooked.

El trato de recepción y animación es estupendo. La limpieza se podría mejorar, sobre todo la del comedor. Tienen unos sofás, que los limpian muy por encima. Separamos unas mesas y entre ellas las limpieza dejaron mucho que desear.

Come home from here yesterday, food wasn’t the best it was very repetitive and could tell it was all cheap. We ate out quite a lot of times because it wasn’t appetising after being there for 10 days I was ready to come home. The small and large pool kept cutting everyone’s feet so there was blood everywhere which isn’t very hygienic. I did report this to the life guards numerous times as they had to put stuff on the kids feet but they didn’t seem very bothered. The rooms wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners all they did was make the beds and if you didn’t get up by 9 and have it done then it wouldn’t be made. I wasn’t really happy with this as my 6 year old spilled drinks on the floor so it was sticky and we had been to the beach a few times so there was sand on the floor. The entertainment was really poor only 1 good show the whole 10 days. On a plus side the kids really enjoyed it the splash park is brilliant, the crazy golf, upside down house and 4D cinema etc was brilliant. Considering we went in these circumstances it was really good close to the town so plenty places to go and eat out and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Glad I didn’t go when the strip is open as we are quite close to it so could even here the music coming from a few places that was open. Would of been shocking if the strip was open so wouldn’t advise going when it all re opens properly. The hotel is very noisy as night as in people maybe people need to be considerate when it’s late.

The hotel is excellent for families , just got home from a 5 day stay, really impressed especially during the covid crisis , the hotel is lovely , drinks are good , entertainment is good , the only issue was the mask situation which is really irritating . Food was ok ... had a brilliant time and will defiantly be returning next year hopefully by then things will be back to some sort of normal

Hôtel sympa , top pour les enfants qui trouvent leur bonheur !! Propreté impeccable, service agréable, par contre très déçu de la nourriture , à améliorer !!! également mauvaise insonorisation dans le bâtiment et les chambres ! Literie correcte mais peu mieux faire , Chambres très simple niveau déco et qui ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site ... Manque d’animation en journée et en soirée , seulement 1 bar le soir ... trop d’attente !!

Fantastic hotel for anyone with a young family. I’ve been twice this year with my 6-year old son. He loved the water park when we came in April. It was closed when we were here this week so we visited all the other attractions we didn’t get to see the last time. He lived it.

A nie pre rodiny z detmi.Takze vela hlucnich a opitých Angličanov co vam ziapu celu noc pod oknom, a na druhy den ma polovica monokle a zlomené nosy.

Kids love everything.

From day 1 to the end of our stay everytjing was great. My kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Negative part was we have 2 rooms the otther rooms aircon does not work so we all slept in one room but overall everyrthing was wonderful

Dire MERAVIGLIOSO per i bambini è dire poco!!! Unico nel suo genere... bellissimo, pulito, nelle camere, piscina, parco acquatico, giostre, non ci si può annoiare.. cibo buona qualità!! Carne e pesce dolcì.. pizza e pasta ovviamente non a livello eccellente per i gusti italiani... ma il resto è davvero il top... la colazione meravigliosa.. attenzione per i bambini (hanno fatto trovare un regalino per il compleanno del mio bambino ).. non esiste un hotel che abbia tutto questo... a questi prezzi... però... la location è tra le peggiori mai viste... Magaluf pieno di ragazzi ubriachi che fanno casino tutta la notte.. orribile... mare non tra i migliori di Maiorca ma nonostante questo qualsiasi bambino era ansioso di tornare.. (clientela per la maggior parte inglese).. ottimo soggiorno in rapporto qualità prezzo....

Das Hotel im Empfangsbereich, Pool, Freizeit ist schön. Unser Zimmer extrem klein, anfangs schmutzig. Das Bad echt runtergekommen, lieblos ausgestattet. Definitiv nicht 4 Sterne. Das "Restaurant" für Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet an sich nett, aber extrem laut (baulich bedingt). Sonst echt ok.

Exceptional property. Food, staff are brilliant. The only realy thing I can say is be ready for the noise outside.. it has nothing to do with the hotel its the other hotels guest near the property which is to be expeted when you are in Magaluf. Recommended when you have children they have everything children will enjoy.

Die Anlage ist absolut empfehlenswert! Vor allem für Familien. Alles wunderbar!! Vom Essen über Sauberkeit oder Freundlichkeit!! Alles Top! Standardzimmer würden wir allerdings nicht mehr nehmen da sie sehr klein sind. Das einzig erschreckende ust...wie manche Gäste sich respektlos benehmen und HAUFENWEISE von den Speisen stehen lassen! Fast schon beschämend!
