Incredible rustic estate with private pool and garden in the beautiful town of Calvià, accommodating up to 6 people in three bedrooms. The house has all the appliances you may need for a fantastic holiday.

Outside the estate, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and orchards. The pool, terrace, garden, parking and relaxation area are right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.

The place

This fantastic house is located in a small idyllic village on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal for cycling trips, trekking, hiking, etc.

IMPORTANT: it is essential to rent a car to enjoy your holidays in this accommodation as it is located in a remote place.

Rules:

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.

-Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

This property feels like it’s in the heart of the country, yet it is still conveniently located. It’s a wonderful escape, but with all the benefits of the SW of the island still within easy reach.

Um das Ferienhaus zu finden müssten wir etwas suchen aber die Anreise war alles in allem unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren nett und die Unterkunft sauber. Der Salzwasserpool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und es stehen Liegen und eine Pergola bereit. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber für eine Woche Aufenthalt kann man sich problemlos arrangieren. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es leider nicht, wir haben uns daher eine mitgebracht. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar ruhige Einzellage in den Hügeln zwischen Santa Ponça und Calvià, schon die Anfahrt ist herrlich. Kommunikation mit Joan ist sehr angenehm. Danke für die jederzeit freundliche und einfache Kommunikation! NEIN

Tolle Finca die in einem guten Zustand ruhig im der Natur gelegen ist. Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt oder Restaurants in Santa Ponca machen die Lage super attraktiv. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man den Nachbar nicht am Tisch haben muss und Freiheit genießt!

La maison était super ! grande, propre, bien équipée, le terrain grand dans un coin caché à l'écart de la foule au calme. La piscine est petite mais on s'y fait. les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli. Je conseille cette location sans hésiter

Very clean and orderly lodging. The owner of house has always been available for any our question also previously to our arrival, The house is well furnished, in fact there is towels, sheets, toilet paper and all of this that it serves for using the washer.The swimming pool is clean, every day arrives a man that cleans it. The position of the house is good if it has him a car, 10 minutes from Magaluf and 25 from Palma. There is however a small problem of ants that they often enter house. overall however the lodging is perfect for the one who wants to relax in the nature and at the same time to be next to the cities and to the beach. Thanks of heart for the hospitality it is everything perfect however there is to resolve the problem of the ants that they enter house.
