"First off, the spa has limited hours and was closed the first day I was there; in addition, you have to pay about as much to use the spa as you do to to stay in the hotel. The spa looked really nice, but I never got to experience it. The swimming pool is quite bland with water a bit too cool for my liking and I was afraid to put my head under water for the fact the water wasn't very clear. "The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were definitely the best part of the hotel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was sometimes weak and unreliable. Also, the hotel’s website listed breakfast at 54 pesos, but we were charged 120 pesos instead, which was a bit disappointing.
