This place is peaceful, quite and very relaxing. Staff is really friendly, specially Tri My and Bich Hua they are always attending to our every needs. Thank you to the two lovely ladies for making our stay so enjoyable. Receptionist and all other staffs are really helpful and friendly too...Thank you so much....difinately come back again....

We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in, and the staff kindly upgraded us to one of the best ocean-view rooms. They also looked after our luggage while we explored the city, making our early arrival completely hassle-free. The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for families. My husband and I were able to sleep separately from our toddler, which made for a much more comfortable stay. The bathroom was spotless, and we enjoyed using the bathtub several times. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, even small touches like a sewing kit and comb. One of our favourite moments was simply relaxing on the couch and taking in the beautiful beach views from the window. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, with something for everyone. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosamia. It offers outstanding value for money and is perfectly located within walking distance of local food stalls, cafés, and spa massage venues. We would happily stay here again.

It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place in the resort - a lot quieter and allowing a leisurely breakfast with much better staff and manager. Will look elsewhere if we choose to visit Hoi An again.
