"Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "If you need a place to stay within walking distance of Crash Boat for a few days, this is a great option. The only downside is that the stairs leading down to the beach could use better maintenance, though that’s beyond the owner’s control. The apartments are charming and a step above basic. Our stay was wonderful—just as advertised. The owner was very accommodating and communicated well. Highly recommend! "
