"Angela and Simone were exceptional hosts. Their property is absolutely stunning and extremely well kept and they went above and beyond to make sure the villa was spotless and pristine every day for us. We visited for a month between April and May with 2 kids under 3. The villa is a 15 min walk away from Camaiore town centre where you can buy local groceries, local restaurants, and there is a park for kids. The villa is also a very close drive to the beautiful beaches (Forti dei Marmi, Viareggio) and only a 1-2.5 hour drive to towns like Cinque Terre, Lucca, San Gimignano, Bologna, not to mention the beautiful mountain towns that are only a 10 min drive away. Coming home to the villa was always a breath of fresh air as it’s so gorgeous and there is a big yard for the kids to play ball / run around. Simone and Angela’s cooking is also delicious and we took advantage of the pizzeria very often. They treated us like family and made our vacation so perfect and memorable. Thank you both!! "

"The property is literally across the street from the boardwalk. The pier (which is awesome) is only about 400 meters away from the hotel. It is wonderful to hear the ocean waves at night."
