The structure we propose as a detached house is made up of two real estate units, the main house and the annex. The two units communicate with each other only from the outside. (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with fan. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 07.04. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with fan. Bath/bidet/WC. Garden 18 m2, porch 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful distant view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The main building accommodates 4 people while the annex consists of two bedrooms (1 double and a single bedroom) and a bathroom with shower with independent access from the outside.
