  • Villa Dolci Colline sul Mare is a typical chalet of the Apuan slopes, with an abundance of wood and Florentine terracotta, immersed in a secular olive grove facing south, on the side of one of the most beautiful hills in Tuscany. The spectacular view embraces a large part of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed.
    Adjacent to the villa, the new swimming pool, built this year, with waterfall hydromassage, awaits you to enjoy the heady fragrance of the Tuscan countryside.
    It is on the hills of the coast, near the locality 'La Pieve di Camaiore', in a dominant position, other villas and farmhouses are all around.
    Two typical and recommended restaurants and pizzeria are 4 minutes away, the supermaket and other nice restaurants are 7 minutes away. the beach is 18 minutes away, 12 kilometers far.
    Cozy house of 110 square meters arranged as follows: entrance, living room with spectacular views, large fireplace for fantastic grilling and wood-burning oven! Kitchenette with dishwasher. Double room. On the first floor, second double bedroom and bathroom. In the annex, the smallest house seen in the photo a few meters away from the villa, the third double bedroom and the second bathroom.
