Relax & unwind at this peaceful, large modern home with water views. Camano Island is a hidden gem as its at driving distance from Seattle, Puget sound eastside and NO ferry is needed. The island has a unique positive vibe and most amazing sunsets. It has beautiful beaches, 2 state parks, easy hikes an under-the-radar food scene, beer and wine tasting. This property is fairly new construction built in Nov 2021 boast views of Saratoga Pass from large kitchen, living room windows, 4 bedrooms & a 1000 sq ft deck.

The chefs kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full sized refrigerator with touch screen (really fun for kids), dishwasher, cooking range, large microwave, coffee machine, toaster, espresso, instant pot and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need to prepare your special meals. Any special requests for any specific small appliances or baby/toddler items can usually be met.

Our beach themed master bedroom on the main floor has an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub, double sinks and spacious standing shower. We have added a sofa bed with trundle to take care of your additional sleeping needs. The zen bedroom upstairs has a calming table water fountain to add more to the serenity. The Honeymoon bedroom is truly a little hideaway for those lovebirds who want to spend some quiet time on the gorgeous golden canopy bed. The media room has 2 bunk beds. All bedrooms have very large windows, closets and water views.

We have 1GB high speed internet. The game room usually becomes kids hideout with a 8 seater comfy recliner in , 60" TV with Netflix, Youtube TV (85+ channels) and Disney+, books, boardgames and a special Harry Potter Reading Nook for those Harry Potter fans :) and 2 bunk beds!

We have a ping pong table, basketball hoop, ladder ball and foosball in the covered garage to keep your group entertained for hours. We provide portable heaters to keep the garage warm during colder months.

Traveling with little ones can be a handful, so leave that to us, we have high chair, baby gate, stroller, kids dishware for your use.

We have a generator onsite and a 220V Electric Vehicle charging power outlet (bring your own charger). We have constructed a 1000 sq ft deck for you to enjoy a BBQ grill (flat top griddle) and beautiful water views. In addition, there is a large outdoor firepit for you to get cozy and roast up some smores with family and friends!

If you book this property for an event, please send us the total number of attendees, the duration of the event, and any other significant details. Additional charges will apply and an additional contract will need to be completed.

- Pets are only allowed on the main floor of the house, upper floor has white carpets. Pet gate is provided. $250 pet damage deposit is collected after you book.
